He is well known and recognized within the field, having served on the board of Chicago's Corporate Relocation Council, and as president of a North Side neighborhood Chamber of Commerce. Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley appointed John as Commissioner to spearhead neighborhood rejuvenation.

Kate Santo Rubloff Relocation Coordinator

Certifications: RCC, QSC, WRS

 

Background: Born and raised in Chicago, Kate began her real estate career in 2004. After a successful first year in sales, Kate turned her attention towards the relocation aspect of the business. As a Relocation Coordinator for Rubloff, Kate has the opportunity to place Rubloff clients and new transferees with brokerage firms nationwide and internationally. With her strong background in client services and her attention to detail, Kate makes a conscious effort to understand her clients' needs and to facilitate one's transition to a new city, be it Chicago or elsewhere, as smooth as possible.

Kate graduated Summa Cum Laude from Marquette University with a double major in Criminal Justice and Broadcast Journalism. She loves to travel and volunteers in her spare time. She currently lives in the Southport Corridor neighborhood.

 

Terra EwingRubloff Assistant Relocation Coordinator


Background: Terra is a recent graduate and Dean's List student from the University of Iowa. With bachelor degrees in Art and Communication Studies, Terra brings her strong written and interpersonal skills to Rubloff Relocation. As an Assistant Relocation Coordinator, Terra utilizes these assets to assist in the detailed management process of international and national referral placement.

While at the University of Iowa, Terra became involved in a number of charities including the Heart Connection, Relay for Life, Race for the Cure, and Campfire USA. Terra currently resides in the Wrigleyville neighborhood in Chicago.
